ارائه تمامی خدمات بیمه ای (مشاوره و صدور)
در صورت نیاز به فوریت های پزشکی و سایر خدمات تحت پوشش، بیمه شده یا همراه وی موظف است حتما" و موکدا" با (شرکت امداد رسان اواسان) تماس حاصل نموده و اطلاعات ذیل را اعلام نماید:
* نام بیمه شده، شماره بیمه نامه و مدت اعتبار آن.
* نشانی و شماره تلفن تماس.
* نوع کمک مورد درخواست و یا مشکلی، که با آن مواجه هستید.
در صورتی که بیمه شده به هر دلیل موفق به برقراری تماس یا دریافت خدمات از (شرکت امداد رسان اواسان) نگردد مراتب از طریق نمابر و یا ارسال اطلاعات به آدرس ذیل اعلام نماید تا پس از تشکیل پرونده، پیگیری های بعد از کشور ایران میسر گردد.
شماره تلفن های مذکور جهت پاسخگویی به زبان فارسی می باشند.
In case of medical emergency, and the need for any covered Services, the insured or one of his/her companies, shall call “SOS EVASAN SA”, and declare the following information:
State his name, the number and validity dates of his travel insurance policy.
State the place and telephone number where he can be reached.
A brief description of the problem encountered, and the kind of help required.
If the insured is not able to contact or get services from “SOS EVASAN SA” for any reason, he/she should declare the metter by fax or send the required information to the address given below. After setting up the file, the insured can follow up the matter in Iran
